Block Position in Mobile

Hello,

I am having difficulty writing custom code to layout specific blocks when viewing in mobile.  I am trying to make the image on the right, appear before the text on the left when viewed on mobile.

I have included some images below to illustrate how the site currently looks on mobile.  The first image shows the desktop view while the remaining images show the layout when viewed on mobile.

I would love to have the image (printer) appear on top of the text.

The block ID for this is #block-yui_3_17_2_1_1592845583541_26222
