The default color of the word "Search" is gray and hard to read against the site's background. Anyone know how to change that?

(Note, that text that user's input is white).

Try this in Design->Custom Css

::placeholder {
  color: #f7f7f7 !important;
  opacity: 1;
}

:-ms-input-placeholder {
  color: #f7f7f7 !important;
}

::-ms-input-placeholder {
  color: #f7f7f7 !important;
}
