Show related images upon hovering over links

Hello, 

I want to have the related image show up on the right side of the hyperlink upon hovering — similar to this site https://long.vu/ (the site takes a while to load for you to see the hover image). Can some one help me with the code block content? Thanks, in advance. 

Which template do you use? Or Can you share link to your site?

I just did for 2 members to day, on SS 7.1
