Align Nav Title

Hey guys,

Ive seen a few people asking similar questions but Im not having much luck implementing various code.
Im trying to align my nav drop down menu to the word 'menu' - rather than sticking to the edge of the page.
I still want to keep it left aligned.

Any help would be majorly appreciated!
