Decreasing the padding for buttons site-wide

Hey everyone, 

First time-question asker! 

I'm looking to decrease the size of the padding a bit on all template buttons-site wide. We're currently using the Impact template.

I've had multiple people tell me how 'dated' the buttons look because of their size. So, it's definitely an update worth making. 

How can I do this?
