Resize small images for mobile view 7.1

Question

I have a couple images that are the perfect size when viewed on a computer screen but are huge when viewed on mobile devices. Is there a way to keep those images small when the page is viewed on mobile devices for Squarespace 7.1 templates?

Hi Becs

I am sure they can be resize, you will need to inject custom css for the images, since there is no url to your page, the example are

@media screen and (max-width: 600px) {
  .your-images-selector-path {
  	width: 300px;
    height: auto;
  }
}

Thanks for your reply. I am not very technical and finding 7.1 difficult to use (not as user-friendly as earlier templates)

Can you tell me in steps how to do this.

I am currently designing a trial site so don't think the url would be of help? Can I apply this now on my trial site?

You can set up a password and send me the site url with password, I can then help the details steps
