Why does my video background section show the YouTube branding?

Hello I am trying to add a background video to a section here https://bluebird-porcupine-yzdg.squarespace.com/home-v10 (pword: bluebird)

I have added a video via my YouTube account and on desktop the video seems to play fine.

But I notice on mobile view, I get the YouTube branding which I don't want. I also notice there is some grey shading at the top of the banner, I just wanted this pure white.

Is there a better way to add a video/animated background?

Please advise.

This occurs on desktop and mobile, and there is very little you can do about it if you choose to use YouTube to host background videos. Google don't want to run YouTube as a free video hosting service for background videos so, over time, they have been adding watermarks and removing some of the customisation options that were available when embedding videos. 

One solution is to use a paid Vimeo plan as this will allow you to post a video without branding or controls.

I had this issue as well and then was able to fix it by doing a paid pro vimeo account as Paul mentioned
