how to add line between products for only mobile view

I would like to know the way to add a horizontal line between each products (STORE PAGE) for only mobile view.
Because the vertical gaps between products is not enough, It is not clear that which an image is belong to a caption on mobile view. (column is 1.)
So I want to add line between products to divide.

*I am using version 7.1

Put the line in, and use css to hide the line above a certain screen width.

Or you could set the bottom border below a certain screen width.
