Adding a Secondary Product Title to my Product page

Is it possible to add a secondary title under my main product title? I want to show the colour variant as shown below.

(PS, if you know how to cancel the quantity box and to move the additional information to under the add to cart rather than below the image, that would be extremely helpful too!)

Have you figured out how to move the additional information to under the add to cart button? I also am trying to do this.
