How can I add a fixed button on the right landing

Hope u can help me guys!

I need to add a fixed /floating/ button at the right of my landing. 

Thing is my landing dont have a header or a footer, wich is where all the tutorials I found post the code. 

And I just want to add the button on this particular page and not on all the pages. 

Is that possible?

This is the page and the style buttton should be the same as all the other on the page.
