7.1 image block overlap mobile

Hi there

My image block on the home with overlay text is not displayed nice in mobile view.

The text should be completely over the image or under. Now it is a mix, what does not look nice. I have no idea what css to use to fix this.

The copy is way down at the bottom overlapping copy in another area. can anyone help?
