Border Around Image with Overlay Text Effect

Hi, All. I want to add a border around four images with an overlay text effect. I want this effect on just one page and not the whole site. The link to the site is below. I am using the Hyde template. Thanks in advance!

But it also adds a border on the two logos on top. Is there a way to not have the borders on the logos and just the images with the overlay text effect?
