removing the word INDEX from navigation

Hi,

I have a feeling this might be a simple fix but I don't know how to do it. There is INDEX in the Nav menu but I don't want it and when I look at my primary navigation I don't see where/how to get rid of it. I'm attaching a screenshot so hopefully someone can help. Thanks :) -Katya

Drag Index to Not Linked

or add this to Home > design > Custom CSS

.Header-nav-inner>a:last-child {
    display: none;
}
