Trying to Update SEO Info that Displays on Facebook Posts

My Facebook posts for my blog display my old domain "Scott Snow Speaks" in the post description but I've changed my primary domain to "All the Hats We Wear" yet the old domain still displays - see attached. Where do I update this? I couldn't find anything amiss in SEO settings within Squarespace. Thanks.
