Editing site title font in footer 7.1

Hi guys, 

I am very new to this and am designing an NGO website and have found some amazingly useful coding on here so far. 

I am trying to change the font of the site title in the footer (on every page) to match the font of the title in the header. 

I am also trying to move the Site title to the left where the button is, have tried using spacers but have been unable to do so.

Add to Home > Design > Custom CSS. Replace monospace with your font name
