Logo and navigation missing on mobile

Hi all, 

It was fine yesterday but today the mobile branding seems to have disappeared from every page. Any ideas what might have changed? Is there some CSS I can put in to force it to always display? It's all turned on as it should be in the site styles (using Harris template) and was fine yesterday. The only things I have done are change the site padding (which probably means some people reading will facepalm) to

/* Homepage side padding */
.homepage main#page {
    padding-left: 2vw;
    padding-right: 2vw;
    max-width: 100%; 

to try and get the central content block to run wider, and 

/* Remove black bar */
header#header {
    margin-top: 0;
    margin-bottom: 0;
}
footer#footer {
    margin-bottom: 0;
}

to remove the top and bottom fixed bars. Any help gratefully received!
