Changing header background from transparent to solid on all pages except for home page

Can anybody help me write CSS for this? I'm working on my website and I would like a transparent header on the home page but solid background color on all other pages. I'm using 7.1 btw.

Add to Home > Design > Custom CSS

body:not(.homepage) .header-announcement-bar-wrapper {
    background: red !important;
}
