Liora Posted June 4, 2020 Share Posted June 4, 2020 Hi All, I want to create a tab with customized forms on our company website but I want the tab to be hidden to the general public and only available to potential clients via an email link. I can do a customized intake form but that is only through scheduling, which is not a valid section for us, nor do we want it to be. So, how can I create a form page / tab that is hidden on our website and only available to clients through a link? Thanks :-) Link to comment
