Add underline for active links in body

Hello!

I'm trying to style all active links in the body, so that they appear as underlined, even when not hovered. At the moment the underline only shows up when the cursor is hovering the link.

Example: https://www.gtlam.com/emigrants (scroll down to the section "Find Out More")
