The notification e-mails are set-up in French, which is fine for my French customers but not for all the others. Is there a way to change the notification emails to English without changing the language of the main website? They are designed for a single language. As you've discovered, you can workaround many aspects with code and/or third-party services but you cannot change important commerce features like sales and notification emails.
