ConvertKit HTML in footer not center aligning correctly

Hi Squarespace Community,

To say right off the bat, I'm a total code amateur. I'm very good at copying and pasting HTML, that's where I'm at!

We've been having trouble with our (Farro-Haute template) website's footer. We have a ConvertKit email capture in a code box that sometimes is not centering. On my computer (using chrome) it is centered, but I've attached this screenshot where obviously it is not.

What should I do to begin troubleshooting this problem? Thank you!!!
