Unwanted Photo

I have just started, so go easy on me! I have created my first post, but when I go onto the page (https://www.chellesfoodaddiction.com) on my phone using my weblink (so I see what you see), there is an image that I don't want (it is a picture of some bowls with lemons and naan breads - I have attached a pic) and I don't know how to get rid of it! Any help here would be appreciated. It shows up when I see my blog posts on the left side when I am editing but when I click edit, it isn't there! How odd!!
