Footer blocks + custom code

Hello! 

I am using the Moksha template, in the Brine Family. 

In the footer, I have a navigation bar, and a copyright notice in the bottom block. 

The top and middle footer blocks are not used. Is there a way to remove them, or reduce their size (height/ padding)? 

Overall. I would like to reduce the depth of the entire footer.
