Banner image not consistent throughout page

Hello everyone. 

I'm just trying to get my formatting done properly for my banner images. Currently my site has a navigation bar on top that leads to different sections of my page. Essentially one really long page, But I would like to separate my navigation links to their own page. www.gmcannabis/flower for example.

Image 1 is my page and how the background looks when the banner is applied.

Image 2 is when I created a separate page for my menu.

The banner image no longer fills the whole background, it just stops about a quarter way down. Squarespace knowledge library said there is a button for the banner background in Site Styles but I can't find the background button for it. In my current format the button is there but it disappears when I create the new page.

Any of you people out there encounter this before and fixed it?
