AND operator for Summary Block tag filter

I'm working on my company's Products page and am trying to "hack" the summary block.

Simplified example: we sell red and blue hats. Our best-selling styles are baseball hats, fedoras, and cowboy hats. I currently have five tags; two for the colors, and three for the styles. But when I tell the summary block I want red fedoras to display, it works like an "OR" operator; that is, it displays all red hats, not just the red fedoras, and all colors of fedoras, not just red.

I don't want to make a tag for each combination, because instead of 20, my real tag list will grow to about 200. Is there a way to modify this behavior?
