hey yall, ive been really trying to find a solution and am at a stand still

I have 25 contributors to my magazine, i want them to be able to upload to a the blog directly but i cant seem to give them access without giving them access to also being able to change things on pages.

I saw the import/export option to and from wordpress and other site.. could this be an option i use regularly, if i set them up access on an external platform and then import the content as needed for the frequency of content releases?
