Randomized order of summary blocks?

I'm trying to figure out how to randomize the testimonials displayed on my home page. I used the blog feature as a way to create and organize the quotes because I preferred it to the other options. 

I want to display a random quote rather than forcing a specific order. Has anyone accomplished this using CSS on 7.1? I'm new to CSS but willing to give it a shot.

The Testimonials block is currently setup with a carousel so that it works best on both mobile and desktop. I expect to have around 6-8 testimonials at any given time.

(I don't know this, but I guess you need to use JavaScript to solve. CSS can't solve. It will be complex)

I'm not sure if you've already figured this out, but you could use the Lazy Summaries plugin from SquareWebsites if you wanted to display them in a summary block format. Not sure how you'd get to a carousel look though, but good luck!
