My videos have looked terrible and its very frustrating to have to troubleshoot this product I've paid for. I've read this post and tried to remedy:https://forum.squarespace.com/topic/151079-how-do-i-display-background-video-in-hd-only Where some users have successfully done this for Vimeo videos. But I can't fix mine. I can't afford Vimeo Pro (which is required for embedding) and also note that I have a Squarespace personal account which doesn't allow code editing.
