Jones Template - Code to Keep Top Header Fixed

Hi everyone, does anyone know the code to keep the top header fixed in the Jones template, so it doesn't disappear when scrolling?

The mobile and tablet have the option to keep the header fixed when scrolling but I don't see the option for the PC version.
