hawley bottom navigation arrows

hey, was wondering if anyone knew how to make the navigation arrows at the bottom of the page smaller using the hawley template? it's far too big and would like it to be the same size as the navigation arrows for the slideshow. i cant seem to edit it and it's not in the footer or main page section, it kinda floats in between.
