Customize newsletter subscription confirmation page

When someone subscribes to my newsletter they get a confirmation email with a "confirm subscription" link. One pressed it takes them to a confirmation page. How do I customize that confirmation page? I'm offering a discount code for subscribers so I need the code to display there.  Currently it only says:

Thank you!

There is no option to edit that page as of currently.

Solution: Edit the confirmation email itself and write something along the lines of "confirm email to receive discount code"

Then set up your New subscriber automation email to include this code.

I've also been having issues with this but think I've found a good work around. 

You can eliminate the need for a confirmation email by adding google reCAPTCHA to form blocks and promotional popups. 'How to' info here - https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/115013193528
