Change *Read More* to *Relive the moment* on blog posts

I want to change the *Read More* button in my gallery of image to *Relieve The Moment*. Tried using some of the scripts in other questions like these but they did not work. The website URL is: https://www.afrolatinfestyeg.com/gallery
