Hidden Footer

I've been looking everywhere for a way to accomplish what they have on the Travis Scott official website (https://www.travisscott.com) with his "Sign Up" button.

I'm creating my own portfolio website and am unsure what this function is called? Is it a footer reveal? Hidden footer? Whatever it's called I'm in need of some help on how to do it!

I'd love if my visitors didn't have to scroll at all, so I like that his page simply compresses to reveal the extra links on the bottom of the page.

You need to use JavaScript to do this.

My idea is to initially hide the footer, then set up jQuery so that when clicked on the button, it will add a class to the footer, and that class will make the footer reappear and go from the bottom to the top.
