Heights Mobile Banner Too Big

Hi Friends,

I've just recently updated an image for the top banner on this page https://www.hithrive.co/new-home

On mobile, the banner doesn't scale like it did before - the banner height is now huge, it used to scale nicely. The font sizing remains fine on mobile for this banner.

I think i've done something but I can't work it out.
