MMac
Site URL: http://wolfjosey.com Hello! I am using the Avenue template. I need to have my folder header, entitled "Work" link directly to the first page "All" in the folder. I have seen code for this for other templates, but have not yet found one that works for me. Help? Thanks so much. Link to comment
derricksrandomviews
I have not either and I am using Avenue. This is something that went away after a 7.0 revision upgrade some months ago. The slug for the folder now links to the first entry in the folder from outside the site or from a URL link on the site but not from the folder title itself. I find that useful actually. Here is an example linking to my site. Photography lessons actual url is https://myrandomviews.com/lessons Link to comment

derricksrandomviews
Tuanphan Go ahead and post it, I could use it, although right now I like the way it works. Other Avenue users have been asking for it however. Link to comment

I want to do exactly that, but in my case the click on the folder leads me to the first page in the folder. It's for a customer with a personal plan, so I can't add a code. Any suggestions how I can work around it? And the thing is, when I started creating the site it just worked perfectly how I wanted it: the folder itself wasn't clickable and I had to choose one of the pages in the menu. Link to comment
derricksrandomviews
Edit the folder and make sure the url slug is just the name of the folder, not a link. I gave mine a one word name. Link to comment
