Uploading a picture within circular frame

Dear community

I’m getting in touch to ask about how I can upload a picture of myself inside a circular frame, with a bio underneath/beside without uploading an actual image I created in say photoshop. This would be in the ‘The team’ section in the about us page. I’d also like to upload individual logos of the brands we’ve worked with in the past instead of the image I currently have on there. I would like these logos to become colourised when the mouse is hovered over them.
