Customer Notifications - Font Change?

In COMMERCE --> CUSTOMER NOTIFICATIONS, how do we change the fonts in the various automated emails (order confirmation, order shipped, order refunded; customer account emails; etc.) and the font for the order summary & shipping info?

The default fonts do not match the website and are not on-brand.

Please let me know how to change the fonts so that the match the fonts on the website.

You can't change font for all elements (can change some) in Order Confirmed email content.

Which elements do you want to change?

I'm also wondering about this @tuanphan--I'm specifically trying to change the Email Title/Header font to Arsenal. I'm using Squarespace 7.1. My site link is https://www.littleboxes.shop/

I have a bigger issue y'all.... Can we use another platform, like Mailchimp, to send these emails? Everything that is automated and related to customer activity ...

Hey @tuanphan - I'd love to change as much of the text in my customer notifications to Futura PT 

I know we won't be able to customise everything, but anything you can suggest would be great!

@tuanphan thanks for the reply! We’ve actually gone in another direction as the default wording in the customer notifications is still too restrictive/confusing for customers

Late to the party, but I've been trying to figure this out as well. The font packs in customer notification emails are very limiting and don't match my brand fonts. What can I do to affect these?

What is the CSS to enter your own custom font for the customer email notifications?

It looks like you can't add code to Change Customer Notifications style 😞

Hi, along this thread, I want to turn off Customer Notifications for a sale and use Mailchimp. Can someone give me help with this? thanks in advance
