Forte template gallery / iPadOS Problem

We were about To launch our new website when we discovered that our Gallery pages don’t render correctly on the iPad when the user holds the iPad in landscape orientation. Only Part of the first image Is visible, it is not scaled and it is not possible swipe anywhere. Safari/Chrome same issue. It’s ok on iOS .

Although I have given a URL, we have a lock screen in place as we want this fixed before launch - our MD uses an iPad Pro to present our portfolio to clients. I can remove it temporarily or provide the pwd via email if anyone thinks they can help.

We have had utterly useless support from Squarespace which can be summarised as “yes, we are aware of this issue, we are working on it, but we don’t know when it will be fixed and we won’t tell you when we have done it because we don’t tell individual users about fixes”. Thank you so much SS. Really Wish we had chosen Wix - I see now why Squarespace support gets a really bad rating in Yelp. We have changed our launch date twice and now removed a date completely as nearly a month on there is no fix.

If Squarespace have acknowledged this as a bug then there is probably little we can do as a community. However without the site password we have no way of knowing.
