Poster text showing up huge on desktop and tiny on mobile?

Hi there, I'm having a nightmare with my website and wonder if anyone could help please?

I've added a poster image to the landing page. I can't seem to find a happy medium with the font size - it either shows up tiny on mobile (much smaller than the body text) or huge on desktop.

Is there anything I can do to fix this? Would appreciate any advice.
