How do I cancel my domain transfer?

Hi,

I purchased a domain from GoDaddy and (as I don't know much about this stuff) followed Squarespace's instructions to transfer the domain from GoDaddy to them. During the transfer I decided not to due to various reasons, but now it seems to be stuck in a middle stage between the two companies. The help section provided by squarespace isnt very helpful, as it states I should be able to cancel the transfer by highlighting it in my settings, but that option doesn't appear for me. Squarespace doesn't seem to be answering my emails either, and with my website finished I'd really like to get the two linked up and live ASAP.

Transfer as opposed to re pointing can take a long time, so I suggest you go back into the settings choose use domain I own and see if you can choose "connect" instead of transfer..  You may need to make cname changes from your Godaddy cpanel.
