Remove the Click Through in a Summary Block

Hi, I'm trying to remove the ability for users to click through on the Images within a Summary Block on my home page. I have found a previous CSS insert on a previous post but this did not work. 

They are for display purposes only and does not have any content attached. 

Any advice / help would be appreciated. 

Add to Home > Design > Custom CSS
