Reducing space around images in gallery section

Hi all, I am working in 7.1 and am trying to reduce the space around the images in the gallery block and nothing I am trying is reducing this space. Any tricks? It is creating a huge gap between the image and the navigation links. Thank you so much in advance! Sarah

Edit page, then choose the  pencil icon next to manage projects  and  set the height to small to reduce space between header and image layout. That control makes a minor adjustment. The big one is to edit the header go to style and adjust vertical padding.
