Adding annotation to words within text in the Rally template

Hi, I was hoping to add some kind of clickable annotation/pop-up window to certain expressions used within the body of my text. I’d like to help language learners see that highlighted words, when clicked, will open a mini window containing a brief translation in their own language. Is this at all possible? Thanks!
