How to Customize a hamburger menu on mobile version with CSS

Hi, the site displays an unfriendly drop down menu on mobile.  I want to change it to a hamburger menu which will display menu separate from the site pages. For instance, a menu like this:

Is there any way to customize with CSS code? I am unable to use template menu.
