Changing image size on mobile

Hi! I'd like to change the size of these images on our "About Page" on mobile so they appear how they do on the website (much smaller, not taking up whole mobile screen). The two image sizes I'd like to change are the little girl in that circle and the Ivy League crest size. Thanks!!!

Amazing, thank you!! Is there any way to delete the spacing in mobile mode between the font and the pic here? Or is there a way to get it all together like in computer mode with font on left and pic on right?

Mobile view. I see blank paragraph. Try checking text block & remove them.
