How to make site wide section header transparent

Hi,

I am building a website right now and I made the header transparent. However, when I scroll down and then scroll back up there is a block of orange that shows up. I noticed that this colour was controlled by the site wide section header and I was wondering if I could make it transparent.

If you can't do in Site Style, you can try custom CSS. Can you share link?

I'm in 7.1 so there is no Site Style.

Add to Home > Design > Custom CSS
