BChase
Site URL: https://daffodil-kale-2trd.squarespace.com I am trying to get a color block behind my text, I use to know a hack without code but since they've updated to 7.2 or whatever we're at now, it doesn't give the option I use to use. How do I accomplish a block of color behind my text in the easiest way? I'm not great with coding but I can handle some if necessary. Thank you Link to comment

BChase
I have tried that but it changes the whole background instead of just the text block. Link to comment
JOHNMD
@BChase In 7.1 for a page section, locate your page-section ID. Then insert between the brackets and place in Design> CSS Example: [data-section-id="5eae381d41f900399bff0cad"] p{background: red!important;} If you only want to color a single paragraph it's probably best to use the Code or Markdown option, create a Div and then apply css through the css editor. - John mcgouran.john@gmail.com Link to comment
