Make a picture the background of an image card

Is is possible to make this (or a similar) picture 

the background of the image card in the collage-block ? 

I know there might me some trouble with mobile responsiveness but it has to be possible somehow, right? 

I'm a 100% drag-and-drop kind of person so please make your explanation as easy for me as possible :)
