Changing blog title font CSS

I can't work out how to target the blog title font and change it , I've managed to target every other element but cant get this to change , please help!

For example on this page where it says '006' at the top of the page

Password: f7 

 

Add to Home > Design > Custom CSS

.summary-title a {
    font-family: fantasy;
}
