Distance between 2 section

1) Hi, I want to modify space between header-banner (more space) , banner-blog posts (few space).( both desktot, mobile). I played with inspection tool, but I'm not sure about my skills.

2) I attached banner to site, but I saw a problem. I export file from illustrator to jpg, my image is in center of artboard, but squarespace does't center my image. I adjusted the image in illustrator for better display on squarespace.

I am from Romania, so language site is romanian.
